Losing Weight While Pregnant

Warning: Losing weight while pregnant is strongly discouraged unless it’s been advised by your obstetrician. In other words you should seek for advice of your obstetrician for best weight loss programs.

Why you need to lose weight?:

In general, most woman may gain weight of 27 to 35 lbs during pregnancy.

How to manage a healthy weight before and/or during pregnancy:
