Yoga and raw food helped me shed my Dubai kilos

I have been in Dubai for one year. When I arrived, I was fit and 73 kgs. But the parties and parathas, pizzas, and KFC all took their toll and when next looked, I was 130kgs of raw beef! I could eat three of the huge  delicious
paki rotis at Daily or Pak Gazi or Lahore rest or Eagle or Raavi or Karachi and have one Biryani to end, two cokes to close and a nice buurp for luck.
My breathing was heavy, I had heartburn and craving all the time. My BF led me to many a recovery place - finally I discovered a yoga centre in Satwa, very good guys, who put me on a wonderful raw foods diet for 41 days.
I learnt some simple breathing techniques and cleaned my mind.
In ten days I lost 8kgs and eventually 37kgs in five months. I finally learnt to balance life and food through what they taught me. I recommend it!
