The Question.

First thing to lose weight is 4 precise questions- WHY, WHAT, WHEN and HOW? Most of us start weight loss programmes but fail to continue or stop in the middle of the process before getting good feedback because we don't know WHY we want to lose weight. When we don't know the neccessity of losing weight, losing inspiration and enthusiasm is rather easier and quicker than losing weight. As a result we end up saying, THIS PROGRAMME or THIS SCHEME DOESN'T WORK.

One of the most common thing among people who succeeded in losing weight is that they knew exactly WHY they want or need to lose weight.
